She was born June 15, 1971, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of Jack David (Anne) Graham and Brenda Grafton Graham. Heather was a high school English teacher at John Glenn High School for over 10 years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
