Charles Roger “Luke” Lucas, 83, of Jacobsburg, OH, died Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Liza’s Place. He was born in Bellaire, OH on July 28, 1941, a son of the late Georgia Lucas Myers. He worked as a farmer and ran equipment for the Belmont County Engineers for 33 years.
