She was born March 14, 1939, in Fairmont, West Virginia, a daughter of Joseph Swarnovich and Margaret Savitch Swarnovich. Josephine was a graduate of Moundsville High School. She was a loving mother and grandmother and had a strong Christian faith. Her artistic ability was amazing, sketching and painting amazing scenes.
