Lawrence E. Habig, 89, of Shadyside, Oh died January 26, 2025 at Arbors at Woodsfield, Oh. He was born on July 9, 1935 in Martins Ferry, OH, a son of the late Lawrence and Sylvia (Rose) Habig. He was a retired employee of Ormet Aluminum Plant, Hannibal, OH, a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran serving aboard the USS Coral Sea (CV-43) aircraft carrier. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish. He was born January 30, 1947, in Bellaire, OH a son of the late Harold and Evelyn McMahon Wright. Tom was a former owner/operator of Wright’s Construction for over 30 years.
