Ruth Pickenpaugh, 97, of St. Clairsville passed away on February 7, 2025, at Beacon House in St. Clairsville, Ohio, Born on March 13, 1927, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles Ford and Anna Louise Smith Heddleson. Ruth was a dairy farmer by trade, and a member of the Calvary Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville. Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Keith Pickenpaugh, and her siblings, Bill Heddleson and Hazel Green.
