Lynne Christine Boughner, 76, formerly of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on Thursday November 21, 2024. She was born in Bellaire, Oh on August 16, 1948 to the late Evelyn (Frizzi) and John Green. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Kirk Boughner.
