Robert “Fats” DeVaul, 79, of Tiltonsville, OH, passed away, Monday, October 21, 2024, at his home, with his family by his side. He was born on August 11, 1945, in Wheeling, WV. Fats loved to golf, play pool and vacation in Las Vegas. He was employed at Ohio Ferlo Alloy in Brilliant, OH, until the plant closed. Fats then was employed with Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Yorkville Plant, as a Millwright. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Greenwood) Bilica and his stepfather, Steve Bilica.
