FRANK ELLIS

Frank E. Ellis, 77, formerly of Rush Run, passed away, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at his home, in Howard, OH. He was born on April 8, 1949, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Frank and Virginia (Bensie) Ellis Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Teresa Ellis and his nephew, Clinton Ellis. Frank retired from Local Laborer’s Union 809, in Steubenville, OH. He was a partner in Ellis’s Famous Fish and E&L Gunite. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating.
