Sue Brindley (Karen Sue Tullis) Jewett, Ohio, passed away at the Harrison County Home surrounded by her loving family on July 21, 2024. She bravely fought cancer for the past 9 years. Sue was born November 22,1956 to Earl and Shirley Tullis of Jewett. A life-long resident of Jewett, she graduated from Jewett-Scio High School in 1975. Sue was married to Greg Brindley on July 2, 1977. She attended Ohio Valley School of Nursing earning her degree in 1993. Juanita Kay (Nita Kay) Powers, 75, of Holloway, died Friday, July 19, 2024, at the home of her son Larry, and his wife Jill, who took excellent care of her in her final days.
