Tony Basich passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Trinity Medical Center in Steubenville. Born September 2, 1930, to the late Pete and Helen Basich in Duncanwood Ohio, he was the younger brother to Louis Basich. Tony and he kept a strong relationship up until his death, often chatting about stories from their youth. Tony graduated from Adena High School in 1948. He was born April 28, 1937, in Warnock, Ohio, to the late Lawrence E. and Mildred P. (Kettlewell) Bumgardner as the oldest of seven children. Elizabeth A. “Betty” Ryan, 94, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Belmont Manor Nursing Home. She was born July 22, 1929 in Bellaire; the daughter of the late Matthew T. and Mary M. Loksa Kuchinka. Betty was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Bellaire and TOPS.
