Donna Jean Shubat, 90, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on November 1, 2023 at Danbury Living in Millersburg, Ohio. She was born on June 19, 1933, in Youngstown, Ohio to late Russell Hicks and was raised by her grandparents Addie and Amos Hicks. She served as Precinct Committeeman and Secretary of the Belmont County Democratic Party for many years. Dale Patrick Ingold, a proud army veteran and accomplished mechanical engineer, passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 75. He was born on December 5, 1947, in Wadsworth, Ohio, and his journey came to a peaceful end in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
