Steve Libertosky, 77, of St. Clairsville died Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was born January 17, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a son of the late Steve F. and Mary (Goletz) Libertosky Steve was a United States Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post 159, the Maynard Sportsman’s Club, and the Maynard PNA.
