He was born January 17, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a son of the late Steve F. and Mary (Goletz) Libertosky Steve was a United States Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post 159, the Maynard Sportsman’s Club, and the Maynard PNA.
