Charles R. Isaly passed away on January 28, 2023, at his home in Sardis, Ohio, surrounded by his family, who loved him dearly. He was born on March 23, 1938, in Clarington, Ohio, the son of the late Lloyd and Florence (Bigler) Isaly. Charles was a 1956 graduate of River High School and a member of the River Alumni Association. He retired from Ormet Corporation.
