Patricia Lynn Rhodes, 75, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Sunny Slope Care Center in Bowerston, Ohio. She was born April 1, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia the daughter of the late Wilmer “Spooks” Strahl. Patricia was a Methodist by faith and an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Bridgeport, Ohio. She was born on September 6, 1934, in Saint Clairsville to the late Paul Scott and Norma (Ashworth) Owen.
