Carol J. Dickey, 68, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Hospice Facility, Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. She was born July 22, 1954, the daughter of the late William and Norma (DiBacco) Rodgers. Carol was a loving devoted wife, mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to love and care for her family. She is now resting with her Lord and Savior, and we know we will see her again. Virgil Lee Hoffman, 78, formerly of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died December 8, 2022, at Astoria Place in Cambridge, Ohio. He was born January 7, 1944, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Clarence Virgil Hoffman and Margaret Ann Baker Hoffman. Lee was a retired employee of Clevite Corporation. WHEELING — Wheeling University’s nursing program has been named among the best in the Southeast region and the state of West Virginia by Nursing Schools Almanac.
