Carla D. Ward, 65, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Forest Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on October, 13, 1957 in Cambridge to Geneva Pearl (Eddy) Carpenter of Spencer, Indiana and the late Donald Carpenter. She loved to watch her birds and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. She was a member of the Barnesville Eagles. He was born December 23, 1992, in Glen Dale, WV., a son of Robert Edward Mike, Sr. and Virginia Galloway Persinger. He was an employee of Nickles Bakery in Martins Ferry.
