Carol peacefully passed surrounded by love, while under the compassionate care of Crossroads Hospice. She was born Dec. 6, 1938, in Bellaire, Ohio. Millard Ward “Tiny” Cooper, 70, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away November 21, 2022. He was born February 15, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan. He is predeceased by his father Millard Cooper, mother Mildred Weaver Cooper and 1/2 brothers Keith Cooper and Gary Cooper. Tiny was an Optician for over 40 years, retiring from Walmart in 2012.
