Nancy Lee Wilson, 78, of Shadyside, Ohio, died October 8, 2022, at her home. She was born March 15, 1944, in Dilles Bottom, Ohio, daughter of the late Harry and Bernice Helms. Nancy was a retired employee of Nickles Bakery in Martins Ferry. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. She was a football fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, OSU Buckeyes and the Shadyside Tigers. Nancy also loved country music. Elmer J. “Pete” Wilson, 79 passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Wheeling Hospital. He was born February 26, 1943, the son of the late Donald V. and Gertrude (Jones) Wilson. Pete was retired after 35 years of service from the Ormet Company as a crane operator. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving 2 years in France. Pete loved cheering on the Purple Riders and Ohio State Buckeyes and was a diehard fan of the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns.
