Robert Harvey “Bob” Parish, 74, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born December 11, 1950 in Maynard, Ohio, a son of the late Joseph John and Iona Geneva Siple Parish Conner. Bob was a retired coal miner from Ohio Valley Coal Company, # 6 mine with 41 years of service. Bob proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict serving two tours of duty.
