Wanda Kaye (Yates) Smith, 85, of St. Clairsville, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025. She was born on April 2, 1940, in Webster County, Missouri, the daughter of the late Cleo Gipe and Leslie Yates. Kaye lived a life centered on family, friendship and community. During her sons’ school years, she was active with the Red Devil Moms, supporting countless events. She was an avid bowler who bowled several times a week building lifelong friendships. Richard “Dick” Shrieve, 79, of Maynard, Ohio, died Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Amber Park Senior Living in Pickerington, Ohio. He was born in Glen Robbins, Ohio, on April 30, 1946, a son of the late Maywood and Irene Gault Shrieve. Dick was a retired employee of the former Ormet Corp. in Hannibal, OH and had previously worked at the former Saginaw Mining Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
