Adena Facelift
Dear?Editor
The holidays are upon us. What a great feeling it is and I would like to thank a few local and out of town citizens along with some business people for making the holiday special with a new facelift for the Village of Adena.
These people were very generous and donated towards new Christmas wreaths for our little town. Our old decorations were 40 plus years old and in dire need of replacement. Listed are the donors: Adena AARP, Adena Alumni Association, Adena Heritage Day Committee, Adena Lions Club, Adena Volunteer Fire Co., Adena Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary, Adena American Legion Auxiliary, Blake, Hershey, Bednar Law Office, In Memory Of John Rausher Donated by Their Family, Fraternal Order of Eagles 1572, Dillonvale, Zeroski Excavating, Herman & Frances Borkoski (Borkoski Funeral Homes), J & J Refuse, Memory of Louis & Albina Raymer, donated by Lois & Ray, RJ & Laura Konkoleski, Shortcreek Sportsmen’s Club, Memory of Emma Tuturice, donated by the Sons of the American Legion, Adena, Memory of Deno Tabacchi, donated by their family and the Casimir’s Catholic Women’s Club.
Thanks also to those who helped to decorate on a nice day and also a cold rainy day. Nancy and Ron Malin, RJ Konkoleski, Billie Stanwick, Ray Konkoleski, Randy Bednarski & his grandson Ethan Fithen. A special thanks to Frank Zeroski Jr., who used his equipment on a cold rainy day and hung all the Christmas wreaths.
Your generosity is very much appreciated. We are getting numerous compliments from both local and out of town people. God Bless all of you.
