Rigas Restaurant
Dear Editor
The article on the Rigas Family Restaurant was well written. However, there were a few things left out. While the food is like your mom made it. It is the little things that keep the customers around. The Rigas’s have supported the town, the sports teams and the residents of Bellaire and neighboring communities as well. Knowing first hand that when a disaster strikes a family or business they are there with support, it may be a cup of coffee for the emergency response workers or a donation for a benefit fundraiser. The little league team, cheerleaders, band members tagging out front are checked on as if they are their own. It’s the happy birthday wish from Rosalie’s list a couple of days before or after. It’s the staff knowing how my daughter likes her milk shake made or which one loves cottage cheese instead of a salad. The curbside service for someone who has a hard time getting out of their car. These are some of the other reasons they have been in business for 45 years. Now it your turn, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Rigas Family Restaurant 45 years and counting.
From your many customers,
Scott Porter
