It is what it is

Dear Editor,

It is my belief that Attorney General William Barr resigned his post because to stay, would have made him vulnerable to being goaded by president Trump into jeopardizing his license to practice law.

The election debacle in Georgia involves others, including Mr. Raffensperger, who have been asked to "find me one more vote," and whose credentials would also be jeopardized in a similar fashion. In contrast to our chief executive's disappointment, these two gentlemen are telling the president, "It is what it is, sir!"
