As we begin to vote in the General Election this November, there is a candidate for Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court that exemplifies what it means to be a public servant and a true leader. Justice Sharon Kennedy is that candidate.

Justice Kennedy has served on the Ohio Supreme Court since December 2012. During her tenure on the court, Justice Kennedy has decided cases based on the Constitution and not political views or personal feelings. Kennedy believes in judicial restraint and decides what is necessary to resolve the legal issues in the cases before the court. “Legislating from the bench” is a term which in no way applies to Justice Kennedy or the decisions she writes.Ohio deserves a Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court that is fair, firm and has the experience to lead and guide the court to reflect what the law says as written. When casting your ballot this November, I encourage you to vote and support Justice Sharon Kennedy to lead Ohio. You will not be disappointed.
