DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

It’s a framework and set of principles that many organizations and institutions are adopting to promote fair treatment and full participation of all people, especially those who have historically been underrepresented or discriminated against in the grip of oppression.

Opponents call DEI “WOKE,” as if learned and discriminatory people have just woken up. What utter nonsense.

The dismantling of DEI, by the Trump Administration and his MAGA syschopants — according to the Washington Post — “will leave a gaping void in the efforts to combat discrimination. For practical purposes it means: No enforcement of fair housing laws, no protections for voting rights, no accountability for hate crimes, and no investigations into police misconduct. This erosion of civil rights protections has created an environment of fear and uncertainty, signaling a dark chapter in the struggle for equality and justice.”

To me the Trumpers are clearly committed to racism. That only people with white skin will be allowed to participate in American Democracy and the Rule of Law.

However, Wwat the Trumpers are doing is the opposite of the meaning of DEI. They use DEI as the way to punish their enemies by denying needed aid to oppressed people, current or in the past. They are also using it as an excuse to fast track deportations of citizens rightfully residing in the United States.

Instead of judging people by the color of their skin, they should judge people as Dr. (Martin Luther) King (Jr.) tried to: “by the content of their character.”

As I have watched people taking sides such as Bill Mahr, steering desperate to find a middle road, pro Trump and con trump. I have contemplated their points of view and decided they are flat out wrong. Their hand wringing disgusts me. They are all trying desperately to find a middle road so that we can “all get along” like Rodney King preached.

I have decided I don’t want to just be nice and respect their points of view.

I demand they accept my take. YOU ARE WITH ME OR AGAINST ME! There is no middle ground. How could there be?

The MAGA’S are for destroying America’s Democracy. They despise the “Rule of Law.” MAGA’S would destroy our great institutions and universities and replace them with unelected NAZI like governance. We don’t need Himmler and his secret police.

We must always safeguard our beloved Constitution. Our court system must dominate their role as a decider. Certainly no blow hard as Donald Trump. Trump can stick his baloney Executive Orders along with his scribbled signature.

We don’t need him and his phony hair. We should deport Trump to Russia where he can play with his monster buddy Putin. How dare Putin destroy Ukraine, murdering thousands of human beings.

Trump should be hauled before the civilized world for his crimes against humanity, as well.

Let’s protect our jobs and not let them be handed over to a used car salesman like Elon Musk. Where did Trump find that charlatan?

Stand up for our country and its great institutions. There is no middle road. They can’t ship us all to a third world dungeon.
