Littermates Trust Fund Baby and Wuzinyurwallet are the top qualifiers for Saturday afternoon’s final of the $35,000 West Virginia Greyhound Owners and Breeders Association Juvenile at Wheeling Island.

Racing out of the Green-Maupin Kennel, the Tri-state invaders each posted three victories in the early rounds to top all qualifiers with 45 points.

Also qualifying for the final are D’s Enzios (Douglas Kennel), 36 points; D’s Snow White (Douglas Kennel) and BJ’s Sure Enuff (Lester Raines Kennel), 33 points each; Iruska Frankford (Steve Sarras Kennel), 30 points; Flat Out Yardley (Flying Eagles-Miner Kennel), 26 points; and RWC Strawberry (Mountaineer Racing Kennel), 25 points.

Post positions for the final follow: 1–D’s Enzios, 2–Flat Out Yardley, 3–RWC Strawberry, 4–Iruska Frankford, 5–BJ’s Sure Enuff, 6–Trust Fund Baby, 7–D’s Snow White, 8–Wuzinyurwallet.

Posting victories in the semifinal round Monday were Trust Fund Baby, Wuzinyurwallet and D’s Enzios.

Trust Fund Baby rocketed out of the box in her race and never looked back in romping to a 14 1/2-length victory in a sizzling 29.52. Rounding out the trifecta ticket were BJ’s Sure Enuff and Coach Adam.

Wuzinyurwallet cleared the first turn third before closing in the stretch for a 7 1/2-length win in 29.90. Flat Out Yardley was second followed by Rico’s Indigo.

D’s Enzios rushed out to the early lead in posting a 2 1/2-length victory in 30.11. Rounding out the ticket were D’s Snow White and Bags Of Cash.

The championship final will be Race 15 on the Saturday matinee card.
