OFF THE TEE: Scramble to benefit Zambori set for Oct. 1

Time and time again, people of the Ohio Valley rally around families and people in need when they’re dealing with adversities.

Martins Ferry native Bryan Woodford is doing his part to help the Zambori Family by organizing a golf scramble to benefit 5-year old Leo Zambori, who has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Belmont Hills Country Club and will feature a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

The entry fee for the scramble, which will feature lunch, dinner and door prizes, is $85 per player or $340 per team. Hole sponsorships are also available for the event.

More information can be attained by reaching out to Woodford at 740-526-6907 or via email at bryan_woodford@icloud.com.
