WVU’s McKivitz earns another accolade
Another week and another accolade for West Virginia redshirt sophomore Colton McKivitz.
The Mountaineers’ starting offensive tackle continued to impress during the victory at Kansas last Saturday.
West Virginia head coach Dana Holgorsen announced that the entire offensive line was the offensive champion of the week. However, PFF College Football named McKivitz as one of its two Big 12 offensive tackles of the week.
McKivitz graded out at 82.9 percent, according to the formula used by the site, which is well known in analzying draft prospects.
Once again, McKivitz was joined on the offensive line by Meadowbrook graduate Josh Sills, who got another start at guard.
