WATERFORD — Barnesville finished second in the annual event held at Lakeside Golf Course with a strong round of 328.

The Shamrocks trailed only Marietta, which finished with a 321.

Barnesville was led by Payne Johnson and Jim Byler. Both shot a round of 78. Carter Wells finished with an 82. Dryden Bauman closed the scoring for the Rocks with a 90.

Harrison Central finishes 5th

NEW PHILADELPHIA — The Harrison Central Huskies took part in the 10-team TCC Saints Invite at Union Country Club on Wednesday.

The Huskies posted a 358. Leading the way was Cruz Capers, who posted an 86. Sam Santille, who recorded the first ace in Huskies’ program history, on the par 3, 143-yard 8th finished with an 89.

BLOOMINGDALE — Buckeye Local knocked off Indian Creek by 10 shots by virtue of posting a round of 186.

Creek’s Justice Morris was the medalist with a round of 2-over, 38. Bryan Blazeski led the Panthers with a 42.
