SARAHSVILLE — Torre Kildow had 13 kills, 12 digs and eight kills Tuesday night helping state-ranked Union Local move to 11-0 with a 25-18, 25-22, 25-14 victory against Shenandoah in prep volleyball action.

Casey Kildow added seven aces, nine kills. 16 assists and 12 digs for the Jets. Baylee Rex had five kills and seven digs; Chloe Doud had nine digs; and Lacy Bilyeu had eight digs.

Martins Ferry Sweeps Buckeye Local

CONNORVILLE — Shelby Thomas had 15 points, seven aces and five assists as Martins Ferry won its second match of the year by downing Buckeye Local 25-10, 25-18, 25-16.

Rylie Doyle added 12 points and 22 digs for the Purple Riders, while Ava Doyle had 10 points, seven kills and 20 aces. Megan Buksa collected five points and five digs; Suzanna Bruney had eight digs; and Lakyn Goff had 15 digs.

Jenna MacAllister had 30 assists for the Panthers, to go along with five digs. Abby Kinyo added seven assists and Mary Dagan scored seven points.

River Defeats Bridgeport

HANNIBAL — Lacey Cordery had 15 points, seven aces and 15 digs as River defeated Bridgeport 18-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-20 inside the R.L. Potts Gymnasium.

Katie Straub added 14 points, five aces, 10 kills and six digs for the Pilots, while Katie Rufener had 11 points and four aces. Allison Bennett had nine digs and Myla Ivey had 14 kills.

Sierra Simeth had 14 points, 14 assists and four aces for the Bulldogs, while Danielle Bradac had five points, nine digs and four kills. Jessa Stockwell scored 11 points, had four kills and four digs, and Maura Tiber had seven points, six digs, four kills and four aces

Barnesville Tops Bellaire

BELLAIRE — Jayden Lowe had seven points and six aces, but it wasn’t enough as Belliare fell to Barnesville 25-19, 25-19, 25-20.

Bryanna Beckett added five points and 10 assists for the Big Reds.

Seminoles Win Second Straight

WHEELING — Alle Zwick scored 16 points and had 11 aces and 11 assists as Monroe Central won its second straight by besting Wheeling Central 25-19, 25-12, 25-21.

Kalista Friday added 10 points and 16 digs for the Seminoles, while Amy Bettinger scored nine points. Trista Morris had a team-best 19 digs and 10 kills, while Kinzi Bishop collected 10 assists.

Linsly Downs Beallsville

BEALLSVILLE –Ashlie Louden had five assists and Ashley Howell had six kills, but it wasn’t enough as Linsly came to Monroe County and downed Beallsville 25-12, 25-20, 25-20.
