McARTHUR — Wyatt Reiman rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns Friday night as Shadyside blanked Vinton County, 21-0, in high school football action.

Reiman recorded TD runs of 3 and 63 yards as the Tigers (5-2) won their third straight and moved up to second in the Ohio Division VII, Region 27 computer rankings after besting the Division IV Vikings (3-4).

Jacob Visnic scored the other Shadyside touchdown — a 3-yard run that opened the scoring in the second quarter.

Rhys Francis finished with 81 passing for the Tigers, who took advantage of five Vinton County turnovers, including three interceptions by junior defensive back Jordan Joseph.

Bridgeport 16, Trinity 13

MORGANTOWN — Cayden Williams rushed for 100 yards and a score helping Bridgeport secure its first victory of the season with a victory against Trinity.

Izaac Jozwiak had the other touchdown for the Bulldogs (1-6) — an 82-yard interception return. Both Bridgeport scores took place in the third quarter.
