SHADYSIDE — The Lady Tigers picked up their second win against the Purple Riders in three days Saturday afternoon, 55-40.

Senior Baylee Wach drilled four more bonus goals and finished with a total of 20 points to fuel the Tigers, who are now 8-2. Senior Kamdyn Elerick added 11 and classmate Tory Hendershot donated 10.

Martins Ferry, which dropped to 5-8, was led by junior Maria Clark’s 18. Junior Allarah Jones added eight.

Harrison Central 53, Steubenville Catholic 40

CADIZ — Harrison Central used a big third quarter to pull away from Steubenville Catholic Saturday afternoon en route to its ninth win in 13 tries.

The Huskies received another big game from junior McKayla Dunkle, who scored 22 points. Audrey Corder added 14 and Britton Positano donated 11.

Kattie Zatta led the Crusaders with 20 points.
