WHEELING — Set your calendars and dig out your golf bags, there’ll be plenty of action on the links over the coming months.

Two separate golf outings are being planned, the 18th Annual Honeywell Junior Golf Invitational on July 29, and the Hoffman Hustle Golf Scramble on August 10.

The Honeywell Junior Golf Invitational will be played at the Moundsville Country Club, an 18-hole stroke play event with a shotgun start at 8:30 on Monday, July 29. It is open to golfers between the ages of 10-18. Cut-off for entries to July 26. Entries can be sent or dropped-off to Moundsville Country Club. There is a $10 fee per player, and entries are limited to the first 108 players on a first come, first serve basis.

Trophies will be given out to the top two places in each age division– 10 thru 12, 13 and 14, 15 and 16, and 17 and 18. Range balls, a box lunch and drink will be provided to each participant.

The Hoffman Hustle Golf Scramble is to be held at Cadiz Country Club on Saturday, August 10. The event is open to the public with a $100 entry fee per person or $400 per team. The scramble will go through 18 holes of golf and includes a cart, a free gift and a steak dinner.
