Barnesville keeps Caldwell from scoring

BARNESVILLE — Casey Carpenter passed for four touchdowns and ran for a fifth as Barnesville (7-0) extended its regular-season win streak to 33 straight games with a 44-0 pounding of visiting Caldwell on Friday night at Shamrock Stadium.
Carpenter completed 10 of 15 attempts for 203 yards and found Camden Carpenter and Bradey McIntire for two touchdowns each. Camden Carpenter caught three passes for 11 yards and touchdowns of 25 and 62. McIntire also snagged three aerials for 50 yards, with his TDs covering 37 and 8 yards.
Trey Toliver ran 11 times for 58 yards and a touchdown.
The Shamrocks will travel to Woodsfield on Friday to meet fellow unbeaten Monroe Central.
Wheeling Central 55, Ron Brown 20
WHEELING — Isaac Martin ran for three touchdowns and Nico Kusic passed for three more as the Maroon Knights (4-2) rolled past the Monarchs at Bishop Schmitt Field.
Martin had scoring runs of 4, 1 and 3 yards while Kusic found Caleb Golden on an 18-yard strike and then connected with Troy Mortakis from 39 and Max Olejasz from 20. Kusic also ran for a 20-yard score.
Martin finished with 111 yards on 18 carries. Kade Koroneos had 11 rushes for 121 yards, including a 62-yard scoring jaunt.
Kusic only misfired on one of his 13 passing attempts for 232 yards. Mortakis had five catches for 79 yards. Olejasz caught four passes for 98 stripes.
Jordan Carter had an 80-yard TD run and returned two 80-yard kickoffs for touchdowns for Ron Brown.
Monroe Central 34, Shenandoah 0
SARAHSVILLE — The Seminoles (7-0) remained perfect with a blanking of the host Zeps.
Tucker Howell threw two touchdowns and returned a fumble 55 yards for another six points. The senior found Chance Allen from 16 yards and Max Demchek from 29.
Tyler Whitacre added a 35-yard interception return.
Howell completed 12 of 19 passes for 180 yards.
AJ Rutter had a 1-yard TD run.
Bridgeport 49, Beallsville 6
BEALLSVILLE — AJ Bishop ran for four touchdowns as the visiting Bulldogs (3-4) rolled past the Blue Devils (1-6) on Dave Caldwell Field.
Avery Jackson added a touchdown run for Bridgeport which led 14-0 after one quarter before exploding for 28 second-quarter points.
