MOUNDSVILLE — The 19th annual Honeywell Junior Golf Invitational will tee off on Monday, July 28 at the Moundsville Country Club. It will start with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

The field is limited to the first 108 players between the ages of 10-18. Those 18-year-olds cannot turn 19 by July 28. Deadline for entities is July 26.

The format is an 18-hole stroke play event.

Registration is available from 7-8 a.m., with the range opening at 7:30.

Trophies will be awarded to the top two places in each of the four age groups: 10-12 (red tees), 13-14 (gold tees), 15-16 (white tees) and 17-18 (blue tees).

There is a $10 fee that must accompany each player’s application. The player will receive free range balls, a box lunch, drink and awards made possible by the Honeywell Corporation.

Proper golf attire is required and spectator carts are available for $20 and must remain in the tree line or on the cart path. NO advice shall be given to the players and electronic devices are prohibited.
