The Country Toads defeated Kings LC 7-6 to repeat as champions in the second year of the tournament, which also included the West Virginia Panhandlers. The Mountain State Lacrosse Classic doubled as a fundraising event, and the men’s games were preceded by a youth clinic. Saturday’s outing raised roughly $1,800 to go towards new equipment for the Wheeling Phantom’s, Wheeling’s youth lacrosse team.
