Bridgeport falls to Frontier
BRIDGEPORT — The Frontier Cougars got off to a hot start and never let up on their way to a 66-46 victory over the homestanding Bridgeport Bulldogs in boys basketball action.
Frontier led 18-6 after the first quarter and 35-17 at halftime.
Frontier only received scoring from five players, led by Kason Huff’s 23. Avery Powell scored 16 and Jacob Bowersock scored 12.
Jaleel Vincent scored 23 to lead Bridgeport, 15 coming in the second half.

SHENANDOAH — The Zeps shot down the Jets on Tuesday, saving their best ball for the fourth quarter before their home crowd.
Union Local led 27-24 at halftime, and Shenandoah led 35-34 going into the fourth.
Hunter House led the Zeps with 18 points, while Braxton Barnett scored 12.
Dylan Verbeck scored 14 for Union Local. Bam Porter scored 13 and Brody Kerns scored 12.
