KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The West Liberty University men’s basketball team climbed to No. 8 in the latest National Association of Basketball Coaches Top 25 poll, marking the Hilltoppers’ highest national ranking of the season and their first appearance inside the top 10 this year.

West Liberty enters the week riding a seven-game winning streak and holds a 17-3 overall record, including a 12-1 mark in Mountain East Conference play. The Hilltoppers have now been ranked in every NABC poll this season, underscoring their consistency against one of Division II’s most competitive schedules.

West Liberty will look to continue its momentum on Wednesday, hosting Davis & Elkins Senators at the ASRC. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
