ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Semifinal pairings for the OVAC WVU Medicine Boys Basketball Championships were announced Friday morning by the OVAC Basketball Committee.

Steubenville (Class 5A), Cambridge (Class 4A), Wheeling Central (Class 3A), Toronto (Class 2A) and Heartland Christian (Class 1A) all received No. 1 seeds and will host games on Tuesday night.

Also hosting games are No. 2 seeds Brooke (Class 5A); Beaver Local (Class 4A); Columbiana (Class 3A); Caldwell (Class 2A) and Trinity (Class 2A).

Semifinal matchups include John Marshall at Steubenville and Brooke hosting Wheeling Park in Class 5A.

In Class 4A, Union Local visits Cambridge and St. Clairsville ventures to Beaver Local.

The Class 3A field has Martins Ferry crossing the Ohio River to meet Wheeling Central, while Monroe Central travels to Columbiana.

In Class 2A, Toronto welcomes David Anderson Lisbon and Caldwell awaits Bridgeport.

Class 1A has Conotton Valley heading to Heartland Christian and Trinity hosting Frontier.
