The inaugural Buckeye 8 Girls Individual Golf Tournament was held Wednesday at Beaver Creek Meadows Golf Course. The top five finishers were named all-conference. LISBON - The inaugural Buckeye 8 Girls Individual Golf Tournament was held Wednesday at Beaver Creek Meadows Golf Course.
Nineteen girls competed in the 18-hole event on the par-71 layout, with Harrison Central freshman Reese Dunlap earning medalist honors with an 83.
The top five finishers were recognized as All-Conference.
Barnesville senior Kennedy Little finished as runner-up with an 86, while the Beaver Local duo of McKenzie Ash and Mya Anderson of Beaver Local shot 88 and 90, respectively. Harrison Central’s Ella Smith was fifth with a 95.
