MARIETTA – One bad inning was all it took to send St. Clairsville Post 159 into the loser’s bracket of the American Legion Baseball Region 4 Tournament Thursday night. Post 159 allowed seven runs in the bottom of the fourth, erasing a 1-0 lead, to Cambridge/Belle Valley Post 84/641 during a 8-4 doubling up at Marietta College’s Pioneer Park.
