OHHC receives grant from Delta Dental Foundation to expand services

WHEELING — Officials in the city of Wheeling are eying a considerable pool of money leftover from various Community Development Block Grant projects over the past three years to fund a new improvement project in East Wheeling. Children enjoy early Christmas during ‘Shop With A Cop’ events

MOUNDSVILLE — Many Marshall County children enjoyed an early Christmas shopping spree thanks to local law enforcement agencies’ Shop With A Cop programs. The Moundsville Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department both recently held events allowing dozens of children to pick out toys and clothes for Christmas. The events were held at the Moundsville Walmart.
