Ruth E. Zoc, 97, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Monday, May 25, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, WVU Medicine. She was born on February 13, 1929, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Frank and Olive (Mills) Leach. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Zoc and her brother Frank Leach. Ruth loved spending time with her family and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Martins Ferry, OH.
