Loretta Ann Fannin, 69, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Select Specialty Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, West Virginia. Lori was born December 24, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ronald T. and Jeannine L. Johnstone Fannin. Lori retired from the Belmont County Auditors Office. She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville, Ohio, Pickleball Club, the Nourishing Committee for the Church, and served on many election polls.
