James L. “Jimmy” Kugler Jr., 66, of New Athens, died June 11th. Preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Sharon Barto and Brenda Maroni. Surviving are a son, James A. Kugler, brother, Bobby (Kendra) Kugler, and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, June 14th 4 - 7 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
