Janice Kay Gilli, 76, born on November 2, 1947, in Martins Ferry, OH, passed away on April 6, 2024, in Flushing, OH. Throughout her life, Janice dedicated herself to serving others working as a secretary at the Flushing Alliance Church. She found joy in teaching Sunday School, supporting Project Manna and cherished time spent with her family. She was crowned State Queen of TOPS-Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. Lewis L. DeVault, 71, of Moundsville, WV, died April 6, 2024. He is survived by four children, Glenda Sells, Lewis DeVault II, Andrew DeVault and Jamie Marchani; four siblings, Cheryl Gargala, Karen Salkovich, Isaac DeVault and Anna DeVault; 10 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens.
