Annette Joyce Gasperini, 97, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, in Columbus, OH. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late David E. Worswick and Anna (Beasant) Worswick. Annette dedicated her life to service and community. She worked as an LPN in the Wheeling Hospital Oncology Dept. She served as the Volunteer Director at the Bridgeport Senior Center and was Past President of the Friendship Council of Churches and Past Matron of the East Ohio Order of Eastern Star. Richard William “Dick” Tipton, 79, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 24, 2026, at WVU Wheeling Hospital. He was born June 24, 1947, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late John William Tipton and Betty Jane Howell Tipton. Dick retired as Vice President of Belmont Savings Bank after more than 30 years of dedicated service. During his retirement, he continued serving others through his work with Toothman Funeral Home, where he worked for 16 years.
