Howard O. Carpenter, 89, of Flushing, Ohio, died February 13, 2023, at his home. He was born December 16, 1933, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a son of the late Harry O. and Verna Taylor Carpenter. Howard was the former owner and operator of the former M & C Tire Service in St. Clairsville and had worked commercial construction. He was a member of the East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.
