She was also preceded in death by her son Richard Lucas, one brother George “Willard” Cheffey, four sisters Mary Lou Gordon, Margie Brown, Edith Pflugh, and Katherine “Kitty” Kakascik. He was born October 1, 1956, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Charles West and Dorothy Mae Poludniak McCluskey. Mark was the former owner of Imagination Unlimited Tattooing in Shadyside, Ohio. He was a 1974 graduate of Martins Ferry High School.
