Kitty Jo Vitale, age 64 of Bellaire, OH died Monday, December 26, 2022 at home. She was born September 24, 1958 in Martins Ferry, OH the daughter of the late Warren J. and Joan Hoskins Reukauf. She was employed with Bellaire Local Schools; and attended South Bellaire United Methodist Church.
