She was born June 9, 1954, in Bannock, Ohio, a daughter of the late Louis Senakievich and Delora “Doris” Moore Senakievich. Phyllis was a retired Nurse Aide from Park Health Center and the former Oak View Belmont County Home. She was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School.
